Aqualine Linear Sprinkler
The Aqualine Series linear sprinkler systems are cutting-edge machines developed specifically for large rectangular or square plots. Unlike pivot systems that rotate around a fixed center, the Aqualine moves in a straight line back and forth, perfectly covering every corner of the field to eliminate irrigation gaps. Combining Austrian BAUER’s structural engineering with high-precision guidance technology, this system maximizes land utilization while ensuring extreme water distribution uniformity.

Water supply mode
* Hydrant water supply: the hydrant spacing is generally 50m. It is necessary to stop the machine and replace the water towing hose.
* Canal water supply: install the centrifugal pump on the main drive tower. A filter valve is installed at the water inlet.


Power supply mode
* Power supply pile: the space between two piles is generally 100m. It is necessary to stop machine and replace the towing cable.
* Diesel generators: installation of diesel generator sets to the main drive tower, the generator power is set according to standby power option.


Precision control system
The precise control system is installed between the trusses, and the transmission arm is enlarged, so that the transmission precision of the equipment is higher and more reliable. It is only used in the pivot irrigators with more than 9 spans.
alignment system
The alignment system is mounted on the swing support between the main tower support and the swivel elbow. The inlet multi-position switch is mounted under the swing support. During the operation of Liner irrigators, the axis of the straddle is always kept 90°to the operating direction of the main drive tower.
Poly Pivot
Span pipe is lined with PE100 HDPE pipe, which can improve the anti-corrosion performance of special water quality and integrated application of water and fertilizer, and provide anti-corrosion solutions for the whole machine.


Remote control system
During the use of large-scale sprinkler irrigation equipment, we can also provide soil moisture monitoring, pest and disease detection, and meteorological information monitoring.
Start/stop, forward/reverse rotation, speed adjustment, position detection, angle detection, water pressure detection, voltage detection, current detection, water volume detection, fault alarm, running time, operation log, integrated water and fertilizer system, GPS positioning.
Due to the special nature of the water and electricity facilities for the translation machine, remote control functionality is more suitable for a combination of generator and water pump in the irrigation canal.

pivot tower
The pivot is supported by four 80mmx80mm solid angel steel legs which are connected by cross bars to ensure structural strength and stability of the system. The whole pivot support frame is hot dip galvanized and double lip seal to prevent leaking.
Drive towers-wheel base
Drive tower bracing angle 100*75 for high torsion resistance;L . arge-dimension wheel base drive tower heights for optimum adjustment to different crops; wheel base brackets with bracing; Highly stable stand thanks to extremely wide wheel base; permissible slope: up to 15% .
Choose the appropriate main drive tower type based on the equipment length, flow rate, and water and electricity supply: simple two-wheel, standard four-wheel, standard large four-wheel, reversible four-wheel, double-arm four-wheel, double-arm large four-wheel, etc.
Types of Guiding Mechanisms
Angle iron guidance uses angle iron instead of guide furrows. This method is expensive but easy to maintain.

spans-Trussing
Even arc shape of the trussing ensures high degree of stability. Main tube of 4 diameters can meet need of a wide flow rate range (50-500cum/h) and optimizes the operating cost. standard tube length (5 . 85m) facilitates transportation and assembly. unified truss rod design makes it adaptable for all models of machines and the high tensile truss rod (diameter 20mm) ensures a higher safety guarantee for the whole system.
Sprinkler
Austrian KOMET wide-range sprinklers is used for large machines, and Italian SIME sprinklers is used for medium and small reel machines.


Austrian KOMET-KPT rotary sprinkler is standard, and American NELSON-D3000 and R3000 sprinklers are optional.


Tire
Preferred suppliers, strict testing, tires with different grip performance can be selected according to special soil quality.



Electrical components
Schneide, Phoenix, OMRON and other products are adopted for the main electrical components, and the system is precisely controlled. Honeywell electrical devices are used. High-quality electrical components ensure reliable operation of the equipment for a long time.

Truss connection
Independent universal joint, including ball joint and ball socket, flexible connection The connecting rubber hose between spans is made of high-quality rubber, specially customized, with anti-aging and anti-corrosion performance, pressure resistance greater than 0.6MPa, bursting pressure greater than 1.8MPa, and outdoor operating temperature of -40 ℃ ~ + 50 ℃.

Five sizes of 10-core main cables for equipment of different lengths and power. Adopt cross-linked polyethylene insulation polyethylene sheath, anti-aging, anti-ultraviolet, wear-resistant. Operating temperature: -20 ℃ ~ + 55 ℃, storage temperature: -50 ℃ ~ + 70 ℃


Steel
It is selected from domestic famous steel factories, with stable material and reliable performance. All raw materials are checked and accepted higher than the national standard, which ensures the stability and service life of the whole machine.


Turbine

TW20
The new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving water turbine is built by the European R & D team, and the core components are processed and manufactured in Austria. Compared with the previous generation of water turbine, the efficiency of the new structure is increased by 20%, and the inlet pressure is reduced by 0.05-0.1MPa. The irrigation time can be shortened by 8% -14% with the same amount of irrigation.

Gearbox

Classic special gearbox for reel machine Imitated by many manufacturers. Imitation: the processing accuracy of internal gear and shaft is not enough, with a high rate of noise and failure, unable to automatically get out of gear.
PE pipe

PE100 grade is made of Saudi SABIC HDPE P6006 raw materials, without adding any recycled materials, with stable performance. Strict inspection: elongation at break ≥ 600%, longitudinal retraction rate ≤ 3%, ovality ≤ 6.5%. Service life is not less than 15 years. Unknown raw material: easy to stretch, deform and break, with a service life of no more than 3 years
