Poly Pivot
Span pipe is lined with PE100 HDPE pipe, which can improve the anti-corrosion performance of special water quality and integrated application of water and fertilizer, and provide anti-corrosion solutions for the whole machine.

pivot tower
The pivot is supported by four 80mmx80mm solid angel steel legs which are connected by cross bars to ensure structural strength and stability of the system. The whole pivot support frame is hot dip galvanized and double lip seal to prevent leaking.
Drive towers-wheel base
Drive tower bracing angle 100*75 for high torsion resistance;L . arge-dimension wheel base drive tower heights for optimum adjustment to different crops; wheel base brackets with bracing; Highly stable stand thanks to extremely wide wheel base; permissible slope: up to 15% .

Types of Guiding Mechanisms

spans-Trussing
Even arc shape of the trussing ensures high degree of stability. Main tube of 4 diameters can meet need of a wide flow rate range (50-500cum/h) and optimizes the operating cost. standard tube length (5 . 85m) facilitates transportation and assembly. unified truss rod design makes it adaptable for all models of machines and the high tensile truss rod (diameter 20mm) ensures a higher safety guarantee for the whole system.
Sprinkler
Austrian KOMET wide-range sprinklers is used for large machines, and Italian SIME sprinklers is used for medium and small reel machines.


Austrian KOMET-KPT rotary sprinkler is standard, and American NELSON-D3000 and R3000 sprinklers are optional.


Tire
Preferred suppliers, strict testing, tires with different grip performance can be selected according to special soil quality.



Electrical components
Schneide, Phoenix, OMRON and other products are adopted for the main electrical components, and the system is precisely controlled. Honeywell electrical devices are used. High-quality electrical components ensure reliable operation of the equipment for a long time.

Truss connection

Turbine

TW20
The new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving water turbine is built by the European R & D team, and the core components are processed and manufactured in Austria. Compared with the previous generation of water turbine, the efficiency of the new structure is increased by 20%, and the inlet pressure is reduced by 0.05-0.1MPa. The irrigation time can be shortened by 8% -14% with the same amount of irrigation.

Gearbox

Classic special gearbox for reel machine Imitated by many manufacturers. Imitation: the processing accuracy of internal gear and shaft is not enough, with a high rate of noise and failure, unable to automatically get out of gear.
PE pipe

PE100 grade is made of Saudi SABIC HDPE P6006 raw materials, without adding any recycled materials, with stable performance. Strict inspection: elongation at break ≥ 600%, longitudinal retraction rate ≤ 3%, ovality ≤ 6.5%. Service life is not less than 15 years. Unknown raw material: easy to stretch, deform and break, with a service life of no more than 3 years
