It is a complete system challenge involving flow rate, injection accuracy, mixing stability, sprinkler uniformity, and field operation.

Recently, we carried out further technical review and system optimization for the fertigation system of a large-scale agricultural project. Under operating conditions of over 950 meters in machine length and more than 400 m³/h system flow rate, the key is to ensure stable fertilizer mixing, reliable injection, uniform application, and safe operation.
Our work focused on several key aspects:
✅ Rechecking fertilizer application uniformity based on machine speed, hourly coverage area, target fertilizer rate, sprinkler configuration, and water distribution.
✅ Working jointly with experts in related fields to further verify fertigation uniformity under long-distance water delivery conditions.
✅ Optimizing the mixing pump, circulation method, fertilizer pump selection, injection ratio, injection position, and pipeline connection.
✅ Reviewing the integrated design of the diesel engine, water pump, fertilizer tanks, filtration system, control system, and main drive tower structure.
Because each linear irrigation machine is highly customized according to project conditions, we will also conduct fertigation operation tests in our dedicated factory test field before delivery. These tests will verify mixing performance, injection stability, sprinkler uniformity, machine coordination, and control system response.
For modern large-scale farms, a linear irrigation machine is more than irrigation equipment. It is a mobile field management platform integrating irrigation, fertilization, operation, and control.
